Great place to live! Office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. No problems with noise at all. The pool is always well cleaned and we enjoyed using it quite a bit. The location is fantastic-close to the 77 ramp, tons of shopping/restaurants. I totally recommend it if you're looking for someplace in this area.

We've been living here for 10 months so far, and it's been excellent! Everyone in the front office has been great to work with—so kind and accommodating. Our neighbors have all been really lovely. And the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Living here has been such a blessing for us!

I just signed my lease at Fairway Park and I am very excited to move in. Working in property management myself, I did a LOT of research when choosing a place to live and this place is top notch… Great location, the property is beautiful, perfect floor plan with attached garages, etc. They gave me a tour and were extremely friendly. It was an easy decision that this was the community for me!

Very large beautiful apartments on very clean and well kept grounds. The Front Office staff is incredible as far as being pleasant to talk with and always help you solve any issues you may have. Best apartments I have ever lived in by far.
